The Bible Training Center for Pastors and Church Leaders (BTCP/L) is an outstanding discipleship program aimed at training people for local church ministry by equipping them with necessary biblical knowledge and practical ministry skills. The program covers ten courses that form the foundation of a Bible college education. The format, though, is a group setting where learning is primarily through guided group interaction instead of formal lectures.

You can look through the Program Summary Manual online to see an overview of the curriculum or you can request a hard copy of the manual to be mailed to you.
