Purpose & Strategy

Purpose is the reason for our existence. This is the aim of our ministry. Purpose defines why projekt Zet exists.

Strategy is how we plan to get there. Influenced by our values, strategy reflects the areas of emphasis we have targeted in order to accomplish our purpose.

Our Purpose

projekt Zet exists to facilitate the transformation of Christian disciples who lead and gather others into healthy Christian fellowships that reproduce and transform their oikos for the glory of God..

Our Strategy

Relatively few people in the world’s history have done what is stated in our purpose and vision statement. Facilitating the establishment and multiplication of churches is distinctive and difficult. Very few have lived to see established churches multiply and become a movement. Still fewer have had the privilege of seeing a movement saturate their area with simple healthy churches. There is no “how to” manual or instruction book.

“So,” you may ask, “how do you intend to go about facilitating the establishment and multiplication of churches? And that to such an extent it becomes a movement saturating a small country with simple healthy churches?” Friends, this is the million-dollar question. We realize that we cannot do this in our own strength. This is God’s work. In addition, we are just a small part of the harvest force in the Czech Republic and central Europe. It has never been our intention to try and do this alone.

We have identified five functions we need in order to help facilitate the establishment and multiplication of simple healthy churches, movements leading to saturation in the Czech Republic and beyond.
