Casting Vision & Networking

Casting vision and networking are basic functions of projekt Zet. We share the vision of a movement of healthy Christian fellowships that transform lives, families, and society in every region of the Czech Republic. It is a priority to share this vision and collaborate with others who share it. But why is it so important?

We cast vision among others because God desires to see His name glorified -- “For the earth will be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the LORD, as the waters cover the sea” (Habbakuk 2:14). Jesus commanded his disciples to “make disciples of all nations” (Matt. 28:19). Salvation history moves toward this goal.

Currently about one-fifth of one percent (.17%) of the Czech population are members of evangelical churches. God is nowhere near maximally glorified in such a scenario. We envision because the church must be restored to its original mission to make disciples throughout the Czech Republic and fill this country with healthy small groups and churches.

How does networking factor into the equation? Through relationships with Czechs who are planting and multiplying churches, we can connect other Christians with contemporary, contextualized examples. We introduce them and assist them with evangelism, discipleship, leadership development, and the reproduction and multiplication of small groups and churches, all in a Czech or central European context. This helps them to see God is at work, it can be done, and it is being done amongst them by people like them. We network in order to help them catch a vision of God’s glory and plan to disciple their nation.
